CARE
I'm a big fan of washing most pieces of clothing on tap cold with a delicate cycle. This typically prolongs the lifespan of all articles of clothing.
You can wash these on a normal cycle with no issues. However, I want to make sure you get the most life

Features Worth Knowing
The core construction details that I think are worth knowing before you buy!
1. GRIPPY DURABLE OUTSOLE
The full rubber outsole grips well and promotes long-term durability. My pair has stood strong across all of my workouts and even long pickleball sessions with no issues.
2. SPECIALLY FORMULATED MIDSOLE
The medium-density foam midsole promotes stability while giving you good flexibility and responsiveness. This shoe also has a lower stack height which is great for minimalist lovers.
3. WIDE ANATOMICAL TOE BOX
This shoe has a nice spacious toe box to accommodate toe splay and a wide range of foot anatomies. These shoes typically work for feet up to a 3E forefoot width.
Lightweight knit and mesh encloses the forefoot, midfoot, and heel. The textile/synthetic overlays around the midfoot and forefoot promote durability and security when training.

Lifting Thresholds and My Assessment
This shoe works great for recreational lifting, especially if you like more old school trainers that feel more minimalist. I've pushed them hard to assess where their stability starts to fall short.
Below are a few of the core and top lifting tests I've done in them.
495 lb deadlifts. Solid performanc. The lower stack height, denser midsole, and wider toe box make this shoe great for tugs.
345 lb squats. If you loved squatting in shoes like the older Nike Metcons/Reebok Nanos then you'll enjoy how these feel. They're grippy and dense.
225 lb reverse lunge. Flexibility is great. The flex of the midsole is the star player with this shoe. It grips well and moves well with the feet.
CrossFit and Cross-Training Assessment
These work great for all CrossFit WODs. They're durable for tough sessions that have a ton of abrasion, dense enough for heavier WODs, and can work for short runs (granted, they run a little denser, so keep that in mind!).
For cross-training, these are also solid shoes. The upper is secure enough for most cross-training contexts and it breathes well in hotter settings. The durability of these is also great here — again, I've used mine for pickleball and they've been decent!
Running, Walking, and Comfort Assessment
For running, my favorite distances to run in these are 400-800 meters and a mile if I have to. At this mileage, their lower stack height isn't a huge concern, but for longer runs they can run a little dense and get uncomfortable if you're used to plusher running shoes.
For walking and daily wear, these can also be a viable option. They're comfortable for all-day wear due to their upper, flexibility, and width. I've worn mine for travel contexts and I have friends who like to coach and stand in theirs all day.
