Absolutely! Simply visit the That Fit Friend Shop Returns and Exchanges page and initiate a return accordingly.
Does That Fit Friend Shop cover my return shipping label?
Yep. If you need to return a product because you're not happy with it, I'll cover your return shipping label.
How many people work at That Fit Friend Shop?
As of October 2024, That Fit Friend Shop is solely run by Jake Boly. He packages everything and sends out products as orders come in — Jake's mom also helps with shipping out products from time to time!
Does That Fit Friend Shop have a physical location?
Not yet! Due to life happening, That Fit Friend Shop will likely become a mobile shop first as Jake outfits a traveling trailer to host pop-up shops and do collabs with gyms. A brick & mortar will be a late 2025 to 2026 project if it becomes a reality!
What types of products does That Fit Friend Shop carry?
That Fit Friend Shop primarily carries and sells cross-training shoes, barefoot shoes, weightlifting shoes, running shoes, and apparel. Gym equipment may come in the future, but for now, shoes and apparel are primarily what you'll find on the Shop!
