30-Day Return Policy (For New Products)
I understand that shoes and apparel can take some trial and error to get right for your needs & wants. I want you to feel comfortable and confident when buying through That Fit Friend Shop, so there's a 30-day return policy.

To initiate a FREE return, you have 7-days upon delivery to do so. After 7-days, you'll be charged an $8 fee for the product's return label. That said, from days 8-30 post delivery, you can expect to pay for a return label.
- You can return items (where applicable) bought on That Fit Friend Shop within 30-days for a refund if they're in an unused and brand new condition.
- You have 30-days to return an item based on the shipping date. For example, as long as you ship them out within the 30-day calendar timeline you'll be eligible here.
- Once an item is return, please allow 4-7 days for a return to be processed. This accounts for product checking and verifying it's condition. Also, we're still a small business, so timelines can vary slightly based on volume and shipping timelines.
- An email will be sent once the product is returned, checked, and a refund has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL: There are no returns for international orders. I'm sorry, y'all, but it's too expensive to do returns internationally. If you plan to order from a country outside of the US, please reach out to ensure your odds of not liking the product are lower.

30-Day Exchange Policy (For New Products)
If you don't want a return and would rather exchange your item, you'll have 30-days to do so. Items must be in a new and unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.
To Get Your Items Faster
- Initiate a return of your originally bought item.
- Purchase the product you want in the correct size and colorway you desire.
- Your return will be initiated once the original item is received. This will be faster than going through the full return, check, and verification process.
If You're Not Stressing Timelines
- Initiate a return of your originally bought item.
- Specify what product you'd like to receive via email or within the shipped item (you can include a physical note within if you'd like!).
- Once your product has been received, checked, and verified as eligible for a return, we'll ship your new item to you!
Garage Sale Return Policy
All sales are final.
- All sales are final on garage sale items.
- Don't stress. Every product is properly vetted, and I wouldn't sell something that's defective or broken.
- Garage sale items are coming from either overstock inventory, returns, reviews, or lightly used demo shoes that are held in gym. The description of Garage Sale items will clarify which.
