1. ROPE TEC Outsole
The ROPE TEC on this shoe protects the medial and lateral midfoot while also providing the foot with a little extra support and structure. It offers good protection and support while training.

The Bare XF PRO features a pseudo-bootie-style construction and has a sock-like fit. If you love barefoot shoes that feel minimal and feel like socks training, then you'll feel right at home with these.

For running, my favorite distances to run in these are sprints and shorter bouts ranging from 400 meters and I could see them working for distances up to 2 miles.
For walking and daily wear, I've enjoyed these. They're not going to be your best dress up training:casual wear hybrid-style barefoot shoe, but they can work well for walking if you want a lot of ground feedback with your shoes.
