The Lift Heavy, Pet Dogs mug is more than just a mug — it's a statement. Look, the deadlifts are not going to lift themselves and the dogs need to be pet. This is the perfect mug to display your values and support That Fit Friend!

DETAILS
13 oz Capacity: Perfect for coffee, tea, and even water/juice. I'll fill it halfway when camping or working and I want to make sure I get my fix without spilling.
Rounded Edges: Rounded top is great for preventing spills and easy sipping. I like it because I can avoid having the coffee hit my front teeth.
Sturdy Construction: These are stonewear built on a base of ceramic material. They're sturdy, durable, and will last a long time.
Sizable Handle: Handle is spacious enough for all hand sizes. Yes, I also get annoyed when handles are too small, LOL.
Microwave-Friendly: Great for re-heating your coffee and tea with microwave safe construction.

You can't go wrong playing it safe and handwashing this mug. This will ensure it lasts forever and there's never a dishwasher mishap.

Features Worth Knowing
The core construction details that I think are worth knowing before you buy!
1. REPRESENT WHAT MATTERS
If every day, we're able to lift heavy and pet dogs, then we're living a blessed life. Represent and show the public what really matters in life with the That Fit Friend campfire mug.
2. ROUNDED EDGE
The rounded lip and edge is great for two reasons. First, it's great for preventing spills when walking with this mug and moving it while you work. Two, it helps keep coffee from hitting your teeth first!
3. GOOD SIZED HANDLE
I DESPISE when mugs have tiny handles and I can only get 1-2 fingers through. Maybe this is my own OCD and projection, but give me a bigger handle! I want something sturdy to grip.
This mug doesn't feel flimsy and cheap. Microwave friendly and well-built, this is the perfect mug to use for daily office use, to bring camping, and to gift your loved ones who love lifting and dogs.
That Fit Friend's Performance Assessment
That Fit Friend's Performance Assessment
Lifting Thresholds and My Assessment
This shoe can work well for recreational lifting. I've pushed them hard to assess where their stability starts to fall short.
Below are a few of the core and top lifting tests I've done in them.
455 lb deadlifts. Decent. I'd suggest capping your pulling to this amount and below in them.
325 lb squats. Not bad at all for being a hybrid shoe. You'll start to notice a bit of compression above 315 lbs so I'd suggest capping your loading to about 340 lbs and below.
205 lb reverse lunge. Overall good. I like the flexibility of these shoes for this training context, but you will notice a bit of compression above 185 lbs for single-leg work.
Cross-Training Assessment
These work best for CrossFit WODs that have a bias towards running and dynamic exercises like box jumps and double-unders. If you know your gym programs a heavy cardio bias, then these work great.
For cross-training, these will be best served for more general sessions where you're doing some jumping and dynamic movement. They may lack for serious lateral cutting, but in most cross-training workouts, they've performed great.
Running, Walking, and Comfort Assessment
For running, my favorite distances to run in these are from 1-5 miles. At this mileage, their lower stack height isn't a huge concern. These are also best for those with a forefoot and midfoot strike.
For walking and daily wear, I've really liked these. They're a good do-it-all shoe and have made them my training shoes for travel fairly often. They're a good option for someone who wants a single shoe for training while traveling.
