CARE
I always recommend spot-cleaning barefoot shoes and using a three-pronged approach to do it thoroughly.
I would suggest NOT putting your barefoot shoes in your washing and drying machines. Instead, follow the four steps below for properly cleaning cross-training shoes.
Step 1: Grab your barefoot shoes, a clean washcloth, a soft soap void of harsh dyes and fragrances, and lukewarm water.
Step 2: Get your washcloth wet with lukewarm water and dab less than a dime-sized amount of soap on the damp washcloth.
Step 3: Remove your barefoot shoe’s insoles and spot clean areas on the shoes that need a little attention. Do not soak your shoes. Repeat this process of dampening your washcloth and rubbing trouble areas until your shoes look noticeably cleaner. If you have bright colorways, rub softly to avoid ruining your shoe’s colorway.
Step 4: Once you’re satisfied with the appearance of your shoes, place them by a vent or dry area in your house and remove their insoles until thoroughly dried.

Features Worth Knowing
The core construction details that I think are worth knowing before you buy!
1. FLOWKNIT UPPER
The FlowKnit upper stretches well and breaks in easy around the foot. It gives this a shoe a very sock-like fit and it breathes super well in warmer climates.
2. 6mm THICK RUBBER OUTSOLE
The textured outsole has grippy lugs for promoting traction on surfaces like turf and rubber gym floors. They also excel for various outdoor terrains.
3. COMFORTABLE BOOTIE-STYLE CONSTRUCTION
The knit bootie-style construction promotes security while keeping this shoe easy to slip on and off. This is a good model for "setting and forgetting" your laces
The reinforced toe cap helps promote security without hindering this shoe's flexibility and weight. The toe box is also built wide to promote toe splay.

Lifting Thresholds and My Assessment
This shoe can work well for recreational lifting. I've pushed them hard to assess where their stability starts to fall short.
Below are a few of the core and top lifting tests I've done in them.
455 lb deadlifts. Decent. You can get super heavy with conventional pulls in these, but for sumo you can start to have spillover. Great for general strength, fall short for powerlifting.
275 Zercher Squats. I really like the grip of this shoe's outsole and the upper locks the feet down well when squatting.
185 lb reverse lunge. Overall good. The flexibility and grip were nice contributors for heavy single-leg work.
Cross-Training Assessment
For cross-training, these will be best served for more general sessions where you're doing some jumping and dynamic movement. They may lack for serious lateral cutting with their super flexible upper, but in most cross-training workouts, they've performed great.
I think the reworked outsole construction has been an awesome upgrade on these. Factor in the toe cap and sidewalls and you have a much more cross-training friendly barefoot shoe. I can see these being strong warm weather barefoot shoes for dynamic workouts.
Running, Walking, and Comfort Assessment
For running, my favorite distances to run in these are from 1-5 miles. They're a good option for indoor and outdoor running, especially if you're a lot more recreational with your running.
For walking and daily wear, I've really liked these. They're a good warm weather shoe and they're easy to wear with or without socks. I'd suggest making these your spring, fall, and summer wear barefoot shoes.
